How to access PayPal response in custom
I have a custom button on my magento website and I'm trying to use the response from the paypal system when the user hits it.
I've followed the PayPal Custom Button with a PHP API example.
But I'm wondering where I would put the code that gets the user ID and the payment ID from the response?
I'm assuming this would be in the observer on a button press. Is this correct?

$app->getEventDispatcher()->dispatch( 'paypal_payment_success' );
